Winter Garden Theatre is a veritable goldmine of Broadway history and hit Broadway shows while setting performance records along its way. Originally, the American Horse Exchange building, Winter Garden Theatre’s interior, was completely redesigned in 1922. Its Broadway show premiere introduced Al Jolson to the Great White Way.
