Fiddler on the Roof, a tale of a family struggling to hold on to tradition during the late years of Tsarist Russia, is one of Broadway's most storied musicals. It follows the story of Tevye, a milkman and father of five daughters who is ardently trying to maintain a proper Jewish family in a time of great change.
