The Detroit Red Wings are one of the National Hockey League's Original Six teams and was founded in 1926. They would eventually play in the Western Conference Central Division. Team colors are red and white, and their home ice is at Joe Louis Arena. The Detroit Red Wings have won 10 Stanley Cups, with the most recent coming in 2002.
