Calgary Flames Info
The Atlanta Flames existed from 1972-1980, when they became the Calgary Flames. The Calgary Flames play in the National Hockey League Western Conference Northwest Division in the Pengrowth Saddledome. Their team colors are red, gold, and black and the Calgary Flames have won a single Stanley Cup, which was in 1989.

The Northwest Division of the NHL has five teams, three of which hail from Canada. Beginning with the Calgary Flames and the Pengrowth Saddledome, to the Edmonton Oilers in Rexall Place, and continuing with the Vancouver Canucks in General Motors Place, only one other division has three Canadian teams. The Colorado Avalanche and their home ice at Pepsi Center and the Minnesota Wild and their home of the Xcel Energy Center round out the final two teams in the Division.
