Bank of America Stadium hosts the home games of the National Football League's Carolina Panthers. Located in uptown Charlotte, North Carolina, on 33 acres of land, Bank of America Stadium also hosts the college football's annual Meineke Car Care Bowl.

While many stadiums have a tendency to look like a sports arena, Bank of America Stadium had a unique appearances. Massive archways and domed tower entryways covered in Carolina Panthers blue, black, and silver and three entrances guarded on each side by bronze statue monuments give the outside of Bank America Stadium a look more like that of a fortress. Instead of a parking lot, parking outside of Bank America Stadium is situated the natural environment that the stadium was built on.

When it first opened in 1996, Bank of America Stadium was known as Carolinas Stadium, and then known as Ericsson Stadium after the company purchased naming rights for 10 years at $20 million in 1996. Bank of America paid over $100 million for naming rights beginning in 2004.

The 73,367-seat Bank of America Stadium is an open-air natural grass stadium designed specifically with football in mind. Architects HOK Sports Facilities Group was responsible for the design of not only Bank of America Stadium but for Joe Robbie Stadium in Miami and Camden Yards in Baltimore. Bank of America Stadium also has training facilities, practice fields, and administrative offices for the Carolina Panthers.

In addition, Bank of America Stadium is fully compliant with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Seating for guests with disabilities is provided, as well as parking shuttles and drop-off zones for such guests are available. Fans with special needs are encouraged to refer to guest services for any needs during their time at Bank of America Stadium. There are 1,394 seats available for guests with disabilities.
