The inaugural Hall of Fame Game took place on August 11, 1962 and saw the New York Giants tie the St. Louis Cardinals 21-21. In 2006 the NFL Hall of Fame Game concluded with the Oakland Raiders defeating the Philadelphia Eagles 16-10.
