The Minnesota Timberwolves joined the National Basketball Association by way of the Western Conference Northwest Division in 1989. To date, the Minnesota Timberwovles have never won an NBA championship or a conference title, but they have won a division title. Their colors are black, blue, white, green, and grey and the Minnesota Timberwolves home court is Target Center in Minneapolis.

Five teams make up the Western Conference Northwest Division of the NBA, beginning with the Minnesota Timberwolves, who play at the Target Center.
