The Cleveland Indians began playing Pro Baseball in 1901. In 1969 they joined the East Division; in 1994, the Cleveland Indians moved to the American League Central Division, and have been playing there ever since. The Cleveland Indians have won two World Series, in 1920 and 1948. Prior to being known as the Cleveland Indians, they were also known as the Cleveland Blues, the Cleveland Bronchos, and the Cleveland Naps. While they played their home games at League Park from 1901 until 1932; they moved to Cleveland Stadium until 1993. Today, the Cleveland Indians play in Jacobs Field.
