The Zombies a British pop group despite their short career did give a lot to the music world and was considered as one of the best group of the 60s. The band was considered as real rock and roll playing band. The Zombies got more fans in U.S. than in UK their foundation place. The band had two very successful songwriters Chris White and Rod Argent. The band despite their short time together gave very famous hits which became instant hits on the US charts. "Tell Her No", and "I Want You Back". "Time Of The Season" went to #3 in 1968. This was a great feat for a group who went to achieving these heights with 6 years, band was launched in 1962. The latest album "As Far As I Can See" is doing good and is expected to rise on the chart #s. The band consisted of Rod Argent on the keyboards, Paul Atkinson for guitar, and Hugh Grundy as drummer. Later Colin Bluntstone and Chris White joined the band as bassist. The debut album was "She's Not There" was an instant hit worldwide.
