Dream Theater
Dream Theater was formed by three Berklee College of Music students during the mid-‘80s. In the past 20 years, Dream Theater has become one of the most commercially successful bands. Dream Theater's highest-selling album was 1992's Images and Worlds, which while only reaching No. 61 on the Billboard charts eventually reached Gold status. Dream Theater manages to incorporate various genres in their music and is noted for their musical versatility. Some of Dream Theater's more noteworthy touring partners include Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Megadeath, and Fear Factory, among others. In 2005, Dream Theater and Megadeath co-headlines the Gigantour festival in support of their June 2005 release Octavarium. Now in 2006, Dream Theater is on a Central/North American Tour.
