Sekou Sundiata Information

Sekou Sundiata was born in Harlem. Sekou Sundiata began perfecting his talent complete with the sound of blues, funk, jazz, Afro-Caribbean percussion and the reference to musicians such as John Coltrane during the Black Arts/Black Aesthetic Movement. Sekou Sundiata is a literature teacher at the New York City New School University. He has released several albums throughout the years, including Longstoryshort and The Blue Oneness of Dreams, both in 2000.
