Stand up comedian Rodney Carrington was born October 19, 1968 in Longview, Texas. The former Rodney sitcom star is well known for his acoustic songs. To date, Rodney Carrington has released a number of comedy albums: Hangin' with Rodney, Rodney Carrington: Live, Morning Wood, Live:C'mon Laugh You Bastards, Nut Sack, and Greatest Hits. All of them have sold hundreds of thousands of copies.

While some might find his material to be disrespectful and insulting, others seem to lap it up. Rodney Carrington is a frequent guest of the Bob and Tom radio show and tours the country, often selling out audiences. Rodney Carrington is married with three children and currently lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
