Famous for his smooth acoustics, his 2003 debut single "This Is The Night" went to Billboard Hot 100 selling over 392,000 copies breaking a record. That same year, the debut album The Measure Of A Man was a direct hit, selling more than 615,000 copies in the first week of release and rising to No. 1 on the Billboard Chart. The song "Invisible" was a song on demand at the MTV channel show.

Clay Aiken was born on November 30, 1978 in Raleigh, North Carolina. His real name is Clayton Holmes Aiken. He began performing at the age of 5. Clay Aiken went on his first tour in 2004.

The release of A Thousand Different Ways in 2006 prompted Clay Aiken to go back on the road.
