Buck O Nine Information

American ska punk band Buck-O-Nine was formed in San Diego, California, in 1991. They released their first records on their own label. Touring often, Buck-O-Nine released a number of albums but never achieved huge success. Buck-O-Nine enjoyed increased national radio airplay with the release of the single "My Town" off their third album Twenty-Eight Teeth in 1997. That era marked the peak of their success.

As of 2006, Buck-O-Nine still plays several shows a year and continues to write and record new music, choosing to release new songs in MP3 format through their website. Band members include Jon Pebsworth - vocals; Jonas Kleiner - guitar; Andy Platfoot - bass; Jeff Hawthorne - drums; Craig Yarnold - saxophone; Anthony Curry - trumpet; and Dan Albert - trombone.
