Brand New Information

New York-based Brand New came together in the early 2000s, and their single "The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows" hit mainstream radio by 2003 while Brand New spent their summer on the Vans Warped Tour.

Jesse Lacey, Garrett Tierney, and Brian Lane were all members of the Rookie Lot prior to Brand New. Their lineup was complete when Vincent Accardi joined. The four members are all still in Brand New. Signed to a one-album deal with Triple Crown Records, Brand New released Your Favorite Weapon. The first and only released single off of that album was "Jude Law and a Semester Abroad."

Deja Entendu was released in June 2003 and saw three singles. "The Quiet Things That No One Ever Knows," "Sic Transit Gloria .. Glory Fades" and "I Will Play My Game Beneath the Spin Light." Soon enough, Brand New would tour nationally and internationally.

Brand New began recording their latest album in September 2005. The band is anticipating a October 2006 release.
