70s Soul Jam Information

70's Soul Jam reunites R& B and soul acts that left their mark through the decade on a single bill. Past performers included the Stylistics, the Dramatics, the Chi-Lites, and Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes. The Delfonics, Cuba Gooding Sr. (of the Main Ingredients), and Major Harris were also on the bill. A three-volume series of discs titled The '70s Soul Jam featured artists from the tour and was released by The Satellite Record Music Company. In 2002, the 70's Soul Jam was broadcast on the public television station PBS. Held in venues ranging in size from 2,500 to 7,000 people, '70s Soul Jam has played to many a sold out audience.

The 2006 70's Soul Jam tour boasts the Stylistics, the Chi-Lites Persuaders, Bloodstone, & the Delfonics featuring William Hart with support act CARL CARTON & bad mama jama. Some locations plan to feature the Stylistics, Dramatics, and The Manhattans & Heatwave.
