Rod Stewart and the Faces Reunion

Last week at a London Restaurant, Ronnie Wood and Rod Stewart met to finalize plans for a reunion tour.

The two reunited once before in 2004, singing together for the first time in over a decade. Also in 1986, the full line-up of the group reunited to play at one of Rod's Wembley Stadium concerts in London. This recent development and reunion tour with The Faces will bring a full line-up of rock that may never be recaptured once this tour is complete.

After their split in 1975, Rod enjoyed a successful solo career. Many of the other members split into two bands: The Small Faces and the Jeff Beck Group. This reunion comes as no surprise, given that a number of other bands from the classic rock era have reunited for a string of shows including The Police, Pink Floyd and Genesis, with rumors constantly surrounding the possibility of a Led Zeppelin reunion.

There are even rumors of The Faces returning to the studio to produce another album. The original line-up included Stewart, Wood, Ian McLagan, Kenney Jones, and the late Ronnie Lane.

Check back at BuySellTix.com for Rod Steward tickets and information on dates for their upcoming tour. Don't miss out on all the live concert action with Rod Stewart and The Faces.

Lyfe Jennings Tour for AIDS Awareness

R&B artist Lyfe Jennings has plans to tour in support of his latest album Lyfe Change. The album was released in April and peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The album features the hit single "Never Never Land," a sample of which can be heard on his myspace page.

The album includes a number of collaborations with such names as Wyclef Jean, T.I., Snoop Dogg, and Grammy-nominated producer Jerry "Wonda" Duplessis. Lyfe Jennings experiments with a number of different sounds on the album but continues to bring out more of his positive sound.

Not only will the tour support his album, but will also function as an AIDS Awareness campaign. His tour began on July 1 in Atlanta and will continue through the summer into September. He has already played at a number of clubs and theaters and will continue until his last show at the House of Blues in Cleveland, Ohio on September 10.

Lyfe's bio stated: "My music has always been positive, touching people socially and emotionally, but I named this album Lyfe Changes because this time, I wanted to take it a step further and invoke people to make a change in their lives and the lives of others. That's how we'll change the world, one life at a time."

Partnered with Music World Entertainment and "Heightened National Response to the HIV/AIDS Crisis Among African Americans", Lyfe is helping to bring a sense of hope to the many people suffering from this disease. At his performances, concertgoers will receive HIV/AIDS prevention and education resources along with copies of "It's Real", a single which addresses the epidemic.

Lyfe Jennings tickets are on sale and with so few dates remaining of his tour, now is the best time to see when he'll be performing in a city near you. Don't miss out on great Lyfe Jennings tickets today.
